Integrating techniques such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy, this approach works to shift limiting beliefs, strengthen mindset, and support emotional healing at a deeper level. Guided by a practitioner with lived experience—over 15 years of sobriety and a strong faith-based foundation—this counseling style offers compassionate, real-world insight into addiction recovery, personal growth, and lasting transformation. Clients are supported in developing healthier patterns, restoring balance, and stepping into a more empowered, purpose-driven life. $125 per session

Nattolie is an advocate and a survivor/thriver of domestic violence and parental alienation narcissistic parenting, people-pleasing, sexual assault, suicide in the family and exploitation. It’s been said that a compassionate heart resonance alone can produce more healing than highly educated mental health professionals who lack compassion. Because I am As a survivor, Nattolie knows what it’s like from the inside and now from a position of greatly increased wholeness.
She is a lived experience expert with certifications. Nattolie is always intuitively (God Guided) in her work by the Spirit of Truth. Honesty is Key. I believe you can heal. Many emotional difficulties lay in spiritual solutions such as forgiveness of yourself and others (in due time.) Developing habits of self love, gratitude and utilizing simple tools such as staying hydrated, nutritional boosting, looking at sleep and exposure to devices (EMFs), too much cannabis, Low-quality foods and exploring relationships or lack of them.
